How can you enjoy life more?

The first 10 years of my business life and personal development life, it was a simple focus:

MORE. 

Nothing was ever enough, no matter what milestone I reached I never found the happiness I was seeking. What I now know is I wanted more joy, more gratitude, more peace, more love, more passion.

I told myself once I get this promotion, then it'll feel amazing. Once I make $10,000 in a month, that'll feel amazing. Once we get that home, once we take that trip.

Once I make $100,000 a year, $250k, etc etc etc.

I was always after the next milestone but never able to truly enjoy and love the life I was living now. So I was getting more and more success but lacking the emotional fulfillment.

I don't mean to paint a picture that I was miserable and never had a good time. That's definitely not the case.

However I know I was hungry for something so much more than just mere accomplishment, I just didn't realize it at the time and thought that more accomplishment would bring me what I was seeking.

2017 was a monumental year for me, a lot changed. One of the biggest changes for me was really diving into my spiritual growth.

This led to me becoming so much more aware of my emotional health. What's amazing is the better I got at this, not only did I start to LOVE my life. I actually achieved even more success!

As I talk to you about raising your emotional capacity for good, I'm not talking about for once and for all. But instead to be able to hold more positive emotions in your life.

To be able to hold joy longer, hold gratitude longer, hold peace longer, hold excitement longer.

Feel these beautiful gifts longer. I was with a friend of mine last week and she was talking to me about this very thing, how she just hired a coach that can help her with this thing!

You might ask why would someone do that?

Well, it's obvious if you feel those emotions more often you are going to be MUCH HAPPIER!

Second, remember your emotions & feelings are always an indication of what vibration you are in and in other words what are you attracting!

I'm going to be sharing more tips with you on how to do this as time goes on. 

In the mean time, just practice resting in those moments more.
